Besides raising awareness of the challenges and biases that women working in male-dominated industries (such as women in finance, tech, or women entrepreneurs) are facing, this event is all about highlighting existing and identifying needed initiatives that can support women to break barriers and contribute to more inclusive workplaces.

What to expect

• Get inspired by our engaging panel discussions in which we’ll discuss the topic from various perspectives. Since we believe that initiating change must be a combined effort, we’ll address this topic from different viewpoints: women and men working in those industries, (female) investors, experts from the DE&I field, and researchers.
